In collaboration with artists Maria Barnas, Anne Marijn Voorhorst, Georgia René-Worms and Rudy Guedj, and curated by Won Jin Choi, the exhibition includes Kersten’s latest video installation ‘The Same Room’ (2023) and stretches over three rooms of the Atelier Neérlandais – a former hotel with remaining domestic decor. Looking at storytelling, obscurity and speculation, the figure of the ghost is taken as a metaphor to talk about the things that we sometimes do not have words for.
